Dear North Shore Senior High School Parents,

 

Welcome to all our students, faculty, staff and parents of North Shore Senior High School. The NSSH PTA invites you to join us to make a difference in the education and quality of life for all children. 

 

The PTA is the oldest and largest child advocacy association in America.  Today’s PTA is comprised of members who share a commitment to making a difference in the education, health and safety of all children.  It is an organization that promotes collaboration among parents, the school and the community.  The number one reason to join the PTA is to benefit your child, but every individual who joins the PTA helps not only his or her own child but every child.  Your children are important to you and they are important to us!  Children will learn more and perform better in school when parents are involved in their education and of course our children all enjoy having the support of their family members.

 

Our PTA provides the setting for parents, teachers, principal, staff and community members to come together to improve the lives of children and youth through programs and activities.

 

With your support, we can strengthen the home-school connection through parents and staff working together to produce workshops, parent involvement evenings, newsletters and other activities . 

 

We invite you to please join our PTA today. Please send an envelope with the name of your student and grade that they are in along with number of members he/she is signing up; enclose your membership dues of $10.00 per member and return it to suite A by November 15th.
